Community education plays a crucial role in shaping individual character and fostering national awareness amid the increasingly dynamic flow of social change. In this context, the values contained in the Philosophy of Pancasila serve as a fundamental foundation that guides educational processes so they remain grounded in the identity and culture of Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the application of Pancasila philosophical values within the community education system at PKBM Cendekia in Pahang Village, Talawi District, Batubara Regency. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a field study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that PKBM Cendekia functions not only as a non-formal educational institution but also as an effective medium for instilling Pancasila values through learning activities, the formation of social habits, and civic practices. These results demonstrate that the implementation of Pancasila values serves as a strong moral and ethical foundation in fostering community learning awareness, strengthening social relationships, and promoting independence in community life.
