This study aims to describe how the learning process at the Amanah Community Learning Center (PKBM Amanah) is implemented as an effort to humanize and foster human awareness in students. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with a tutor who has long worked with participants from various backgrounds. The results indicate that learning at PKBM Amanah takes place in an open, supportive atmosphere that respects each participant as an individual with unique life experiences. Tutors not only deliver material but also provide personal attention, listen to participants' stories, and adapt their teaching methods to their emotional and social needs. This approach fosters greater self-confidence, empowers participants to recognize their potential, and fosters a sense of acceptance. Furthermore, the interactions fostered by these learning processes help participants develop empathy, cooperation, and concern for others. These findings demonstrate that non-formal education can be a meaningful space for healing, strengthening identity, and fostering human awareness when implemented with a warm, humane, and reflective approach.
