Author Guidelines
An-Nida: Journal of Multidisciplinary Scientific
- General Information
- An-Nida publishes original scientific manuscripts in the form of research articles, literature reviews, case studies, and conceptual essays that reflect interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary approaches.
- Manuscripts submitted must not have been previously published or be under consideration elsewhere.
- Articles must be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English in academic, clear, and concise language.
- Each submitted manuscript will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers using a double-blind review process.
- Types of Accepted Manuscripts
- Original Research Articles: Presenting empirical findings using qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods.
- Review Articles: Offering critical and comprehensive analysis of relevant literature and research developments.
- Conceptual Papers: Proposing new frameworks or interdisciplinary perspectives on relevant issues.
- Case Studies: Describing specific phenomena, best practices, or innovations at the community or institutional level.
- Manuscript Structure
All submissions must include the following components:
- Title
- Clear, specific, and concise (maximum 15 words).
- Written in sentence case.
- Author(s) Identity
- Full name (without academic title), institutional affiliation, and email address.
- Corresponding author must be indicated.
- Abstract
- Written in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (each 150–200 words).
- Includes background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.
- Followed by 3–5 keywords (separated by commas).
- Main Text Structure
For Research Articles:
- Introduction
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
For Conceptual/Review Articles:
- Introduction
- Discussion/Theoretical Framework
- Conclusion
- References
- Must include at least 80% primary sources (journals, proceedings, etc.) published in the last 10 years.
- Minimum of 15 references per article.
- Use APA Style (7th Edition).
- Citation and bibliography should be managed using tools such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote.

- Ethical Considerations
- Manuscripts involving human subjects must include ethical clearance or informed consent.
- Authors must declare that the manuscript is free from plagiarism and fabricated data.
- Any conflict of interest must be disclosed.
- Submission and Publication Process
- Manuscripts must be submitted via the official journal system (OJS) at: [journal website]
- The editorial board has the right to edit articles without changing the substance.
- There is no submission or publication fee (APC = Rp 0).
- The average review process takes 4–6 weeks.
- Copyright & Licensing
- The journal applies a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).
- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal first publication rights.
- Plagiarism Policy
- An-Nida: Journal of Multidisciplinary Scientific strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism. Manuscripts must be original, written by the authors, and free from any indication of academic dishonesty, including self-plagiarism or duplicate submission.
- All submitted manuscripts will be screened using reliable plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate, or equivalent).
- The similarity index must not exceed 20% overall, and no individual source should exceed 3% (excluding bibliography, quotes, and common phrases).
- Any manuscript found to contain plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or unethical citation will be immediately rejected or withdrawn from the publication process.
- If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the article may be retracted with a formal notice published in the journal.
